NSV introduces 'SRM' anti-vibration mounts that combine rubber and metal springs to reduce noise and vibration

Vibration isolation mounts are shockproof devices that are installed on pumps, pipelines, etc. to mitigate noise and vibration in a building. They are essential for buildings that need to isolate noise and vibration, such as apartments, offices, and factories.

The SRM, developed by NSV, is an innovative product that is a modified version of the spring rubber pad (SRP) in a mounted format. It combines the advantages of anti-vibration rubber and metal springs for superior performance, according to the company. Through continuous research and development (R&D), the company has improved the product structure, changed the component parts and manufacturing process to improve durability, reduce manufacturing costs, reduce nonconformity rates, and improve productivity.

SRM is widely used in facilities, equipment, industrial machinery, horizontal and vertical piping, etc. "As the demand for comfortable living and working environments increases, the demand for SRM is also growing," said an official from NSV. As various types of skyscrapers have appeared in recent years, auxiliary facilities such as water supply and drainage systems, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems have become large and high-powered. Vibration and noise problems in urban centers due to subway operations are also emerging.

NSV's anti-vibration products include 53 types of SRMs. The company's lineup also includes 21 anti-noise products, five anti-shock products, 47 seismic products, and 17 plant system products.
