[By Wonhee Lee, Energy Economist] On October 29, NSV (CEO Eunjoong Yoon) announced that it will participate in the 16th Korea International Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning Exhibition (HARFKO 2021) at the Kintex Exhibition Center in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, from October 19 to October 22 to showcase noise and vibration prevention products and earthquake-resistant products.

Soundproofing products are used to reduce noise transmission to the point of expected noise damage during machinery operation. Products used to reduce airborne noise include silencers, noise chambers, noise elbows, sound insulation rubbers, and ventilation silencers (ANOS50), and industrial silencers for high pressure are being developed and applied at plant sites. PO-MAT is a representative product used as a measure to reduce structural transmission sound generated by vibration.

Vibration isolation products are products that reduce vibration generated by the operation of machinery or the transmission of externally generated vibration to vibration-sensitive equipment and structures, such as spring mounts and spring hangers.

In particular, the R&D Center promotes localized development of radiation noise reduction for special ships, which used to be entirely imported, and develops engine mounts for ships, solves problems and verifies vibration reduction technology for hulls through engineering analysis.

Seismic products are products that support structures safely during earthquakes by considering the dynamic characteristics of the structure and seismic characteristics, such as seismic mounts and seismic snubbers.

We produce and supply products that comply with Korean Industrial Standards (KS) and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (ASHRAE) standards, from vibration control products for semiconductor factories to dustproof and soundproof products related to national defense science, as well as earthquake-resistant products and shock reduction devices for military facilities.

NSV has been honored with the "Korea Innovation Award" hosted by the Korean Standards Association for two consecutive years in 2019 and 2020.
