We estimate damage from ground vibration generated by the road and railway traffic (subway) and on the affected area (where civil complaints are expected), evaluate compliance to the vibration regulation standards, predict the impact of ground vibration within the boundary of the business site, and establish the most optimal and effective measures for vibration isolation.
Increase in civil complaints due to subway (railway) and road traffic
Evaluating the violation generating facilities’ satisfaction with the vibration regulation standards
Proactive response to tarnishment of the company’s image and compensation problems caused by civil complaints
Analysis of accurate causes of vibration
Evaluation of vibration influence from ground when designing a new business site (working facilities).
Prevention of future technical limitations on afterward installations due to the absence of measures
Analysis of influence on vibration source and effect of measures
Design of optimal vibration isolation such as use of vibration isolating material
Prevention of increase in construction costs caused by over-design
Layer of the soil (ground composition), vibration source, building arrangement
Analysis modeling
Drawing simulation and level contours
Examination of analysis results
Drawing an optimal plan
Consultation with client (economic feasibility, facility operability)
Confirmation of measures
Project Overview
- A building scheduled to be newly constructed near an service section of subway line No. 2 - Examining vibration/structural noise in business facilities caused by vibrations generated when the subway is in operation - Checking vibration/noise against recommended standards and taking vibration isolation measures when standards are exceeded - Vibration isolation using Vibration Measures-HD-MAT-50T (using the Slurry WALL technique) - Recommended standards for vibration/noise were met after taking vibration isolation measures.
Prediction of Vibrations
Prediction of Structural Noise
Installation of vibration isolation mat in minimum application area after considering Economic feasibility

Project Overview
- Construction of a hospital building - Examining influence of vibrations generated by subway and building indoor facilities (air conditioner, pump, cooling tower) on precision equipment section (operation room) - Checking against recommended vibration standards and taking vibration isolation measures when standards are exceeded - Vibration isolation using Vibration Measures-vibration isolation spring and Po-MAT-50T - Recommended standards for vibration/noise were met after taking vibration isolation measures
Prediction of Vibrations
Subway vibration measures: vibration isolation measures using Po-mat 50t (vibration isolation mat)
